*FREE Shipping is available on orders over $100, but FREE Shipping does not include surfboards.

Pick Up is available for surfboards.

SURFit is aiming for the most eco friendly, no plastic packaging shipping option and uses a realtime shipping rate service to give you the widest range of effective shipping services.

Insurance is automatically included for all shipping, domestic and international. If a claim needs to be made there is an initial $100 Excess claim fee to be paid by you.

Most SURFit products are custom and hand made and also follow an eco just-in-time production policy where there is no unnecessary production or waste. Shipping will be after the item has been completed, this can be several weeks after your order has been placed.

So part orders might be shipped based on mutual agreement.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking information and a tracking reference. Following this reference to the carrier’s website will allow you to track your order.

For international shipping all duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at your expense.

Delivery times provided from the shipping companies are estimates only. SURFit is not accountable for late deliveries, loss, or damage relating to late deliveries.

Make sure you enter your correct delivery address and contact details. SURFit cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Please be aware that delivery services are slower during holiday periods.

Shipping Surfboards

When shipping both within Australia and Internationally, we want to ensure that your board arrives in the best condition. We take great care in packaging while being as eco responsible as possible. We use no plastic packaging.

We protect your surfboard in an expandable cardboard sleeve that provides a close fit and great protection. Your board in this protective sleeve is then placed in a rugged cardboard surfboard shipping box for final shipping.

Check Delivery

You must check your delivery before signing for it. You must make sure you sign for it.

Before signing for your delivery take the time to check your board by opening up the packaging and looking closely at your board. If the driver won't wait while you check your surfboard for potential damage then indicate Box Damaged or similar when signing.

If your delivery is damaged then make sure you indicate Damaged when signing

You must do this before you sign for your delivery.

If you sign for your delivery indicating it has been received with no damage then no claim can be made if there is damage.

If your delivery has damage, take plenty of photos and send it to SURFit at info@surfit.com and we will initiate contact with the shipper.
